Cindy Nour is the Director of MindFrame Psychology. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, & has over twenty four years of experience in the delivery of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Whilst she has expertise with CBT for many different disorders, she has a keen interest in the assessment and treatment of: depression, OCD, phobias, panic attacks, social phobia, performance anxiety, excessive worry, death anxiety, Adult ADHD, burnout, parenting concerns, skin picking, hair pulling, and body dysmorphic disorder.

Cindy cares about her clients and is committed to helping them reduce their distress and improve their mood using evidenced-based strategies such as CBT and Schema Therapy.

Cindy also works with the Australian media to help de-stigmatise psychology. She has spoken on radio, appeared on television and worked with journalists to provide accurate information about psychological issues to the public.

Cindy is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia & Medicare Australia, and is a member of the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy.
